Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using the TAP-LEVELS Institutional Suite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
2. License
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the TAP-LEVELS indicator on your own TradingView account. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to any third party.
3. Digital Product — No Refunds
All sales are final. Because access is granted digitally upon activation, we do not offer refunds except in the limited circumstances described in our Refund Policy. See our Refund Policy.
4. No Financial Advice
TAP-LEVELS indicators are tools for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site or within the indicator constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You trade at your own risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Limitation of Liability
TAP-LEVELS and its owners shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the indicator. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.
6. Intellectual Property
All indicator code, designs, and content are the exclusive property of TAP-LEVELS. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
